Civic Projects

David J. Tierney, Jr., Inc. has been involved in numerous public projects throughout Berkshire County. The Silvio Conte Federal Building on Center Street is an excellent example. Another is the accessibility work at Berkshire Superior Court on Park Square. Other work for civic entities we have completed include restoration of the exterior of Dalton Town Hall, setup of their 911 facility and an addition to the Dalton Fire House, and renovations to the North Adams Armory.

One of our most memorable and successful projects was the complete coordination and construction of the Intermodal Center in downtown Pittsfield. Our work included guiding the process with multiple owner representatives and designers from afar as well as CSX and Amtrak railroads.
