Commercial Projects
Our understanding that ‘time is money’ has allowed us to grow our relationships with businesses needing improved or new facilities while allowing them to remain in operation if required. Over a dozen projects have been completed within functioning offices and facilities. From a full remodel of functioning dental facilities to accessibility upgrades in a century old, operating courthouse, we are able to work with clients to meet their project goals with a minimum impact on operations. Our goal is to keep as many options open for owners as possible.
In 1988, the company constructed one of the premier office spaces in downtown Pittsfield, the Tierney Building at 66 West Street and was involved in the development of 100 West Street as well. Since that time, we continue to work with owners and developers on various commercial projects throughout the county.
