David J. Tierney, Jr., Inc. served as Construction Manager for the renovation of an existing, 1913 brick buiilding in the heart of Pittsfield into 16 residential units and 2 commercial retail spaces. The project consisted of significant structural upgrades, new electrical and mechanical systems, a new roof and new utility and site work. David J. Tierney, Jr., Inc. self-performed all structural and carpentry work on the project, and coordinated the work of all subcontractors.
