Construction Management

Beginning in the 1980’s, construction management became an increasing portion of our workload and today comprises the majority of our work. Our understanding of coordination and sequencing of the myriad details involved in construction allows us to work with owners, architects and engineers to ensure the success of even the most complex projects.

Focusing early on each project individually allows for quicker planning with better results, often at a lower cost. When serving as a construction manager, we work with the design team on budget estimates, value engineering and working drawings very early in the project, ensuring the owner has the best information at the earliest possible time. Throughout the course of a project, we manage subcontractors’ work and schedules to ensure the project meets the owner’s schedule for completion. As a construction manager, we keep a project focused and on track, giving owners the ability to keep their attention on their businesses, rather than construction.
